Carol Domestic Short Hair Vine Grove, KY

Carol is our 3-year-old, 1-eyed, Grey Bobtail, who is Feline Leukemia (FeLV) Positive. She is super friendly and may even let you pick her up. Carol is very sweet to humans and kitties alike. She loves all her roommates in our FeLV Room and would be happiest in a home with another kitty. Carol has never really been around dogs so we don't know how she feels about them, but she will do well in a home with calm children.

Since Carol is FeLV Positive she can only be around other FeLV Positive kitties. FeLV cats need to live INDOORS ONLY and can only spread the virus to other cats. We would be very happy to show you any of our special needs kitties and please don't hesitate to ask us, if you have any questions about them.

Adoption Fees: $60 for Cats, $85 for Dogs
All our pets are spayed, neutered, and up-to-date on all shots. Our dogs have been tested and are presently on Heartworm prevention. The Animal Refuge Center has these and many more pets waiting for a good home. Note: The Animal Refuge Center has a "No-Declaw" policy. Our cats are too old to be declawed without risk of serious behavioral problems.
