Meet Josie
Human lap required. Josie is a 5 month old petite (under 10lbs.) female, long haired, dachshund mix. She is deaf, although has responded to a high pitched baby's cry. Mostly potty trained and very affectionate. In fact, she really keeps her eye on her people, positioning herself in the room to see you. Have your lap ready because if you are sitting, you better have room for her! A real snuggler, good with young children and other dogs, playful, but not hyper, sound sleeper at night, in bed with you of course! Not the best walking on a leash but she’s getting better every day. Fence needed because of the dangers of being deaf, she does sprint but not to run away from you, just for fun.
