Meet Rumi

Rumi is a handsome neutered male with green/gold eyes and a unique coat. Most orange and white tabby cats have more orange, but this spotted tabby has by far more white in order to highlight everything else about him. Rumi is anxious to be adopted and has been spending much of his time keeping himself looking great, and his coat feeling soft as a bunny. He was 3-and-1/2-months old when he was brought to the shelter as a stray on 9/06/16. He is happy to serenade you with his soothing purr as his way of thanking you for any and all attention that comes his way. He loves being petted, brushed, and will even let you scratch his belly if you wish to do so. Rumi is such a big baby! He is cute and funny with a lot of personality. If you are wishing to find a playful cat, be sure to visit with Rumi. He can be a real powerhouse with the right toy! Rumi knows what a scratching post is to be used for and will do well in most households.
