Meet Booker

Hi my name is Booker. I was adopted from a shelter in Southern Ohio to a nice lady when I was about 9 months old. Unfortunately, I grew to be a big boy and I was a bit too much for her to manage so I was returned to the shelter. They were not able to keep me and reached out to GWLR to see if they were willing to give me a chance. Feeling for my story they decided to let me come and stay with them and to help me find a new home. I am a big boy, play well with other dogs and like people overall. I may be a bit overzealous and energetic for smaller children. I am a strong boy and the folks at GLWR say I need to learn something called "manners" whatever that is! I like it here but sure would love to have a home of my own. Come by and let's chat - maybe that could be with you?
