A.. Andre Pit Bull Terrier Charlotte, NC

Meet Andre, our gorgeous 2-3 year old pitbull mix. Andre is a ~50 lb. lap dog that thinks he is a baby and should be held like one. Andre is great with dogs and older kids. He loves all kids, but is not cognizant of his size and could accidentally knock little ones down. Andre loves to run around the yard and wrestle with his foster siblings. He is incredibly sweet and loving, and is a favorite with our volunteers. He is crate trained and loves to chew on his antlers and beef bones. While he is very lazy at adoption events and just lays in the floor like a frog, Andre really has a good bit of energy so he needs a family that is willing to get him some exercise. Whether that is playing in the yard with a two or four legged sibling, or going for a run or hike, Andre is up for the challenge! Andre is both potty trained and crate trained. He has been neutered and dewormed, as well as being heartworm negative, up to date on shots, and microchipped.


If you're interested in adopting, please visit our website at www.c2cnd.org & complete the adoption application.  Adoption fee for pups up to 2 years of age is $250, 2+ years is $225, & giant breeds is $350.  The recovery fee covers their age appropriate shots, microchip, deworming, heartworm test (if old enough to be tested & treatment if necessary), and spay/neuter.

Due to our thorough adoption process (resulting in prolonged wait times for long-distance families), our dogs will be available to local adopters only. We apologize for any inconvenience.
