Meet Oscar

Oscar is the cutest little guy! He was surrendered by a family that was moving and could not take him with. He was very good with their kids, another dog and LOVES people. Oscar is about 3 years old, about 20 lbs and is already neutered. He is up to date on his shots microchiped. He is house trained and crate trained. He's currently in our foster home in Hellertown, PA with lots of other dogs and is doing great! His foster family reports that he is very well-behaved but plays way too rough with cats, so no kitties for Oscar!!
