Meet Chester!!! Chester is a bully breed mix, adult male about 6+ years old. He was surrendered to the SPCA because his owner could no longer care for him. Chester is a super sweet and very mellow guy. He is very friendly with everyone he meets. He also gets along well with other dogs. He loves to go for walks and to swim.
