Jema American Staffordshire Terrier Mix Eau Claire, WI

Hi, my name is Jema, and I am a beautiful and friendly, 1 year old spayed female waiting for you to fall head-over-heels in love with me. As you can see by my pictures, I am an American Staffordshire Terrier mix with a cover-girl gorgeous coat, perky ears, and a glow of excitement in my eyes. I must insist on a home without cats, as I am a bit prey driven, and will also do best in a home without small children - older kids would be fine. I was brought to the shelter as a stray. I am currently having a blast playing with all the great humans here, and going for long walks around the neighborhood, but there would be nothing better than to be adopted into a loving home, with a family I can call my own. I will admit that I could use a little more work on leash, but I do calm down with a longer walk, and I listen with gentle reminders. I know sit quite well, especially if I think there might be a treat coming my way. I love attention, and never turn down cuddle time with my favorite humans.
