Little Bear ( at PetSmart ) Domestic Short Hair Eau Claire, WI

Little Bear is 3-and-1/2-year-old neutered male that has had his front paws declawed. He was brought to the shelter as a stray on 5/19/16, but shelter life did not agree with Little Bear. Luckily, there was a foster home available to give him time to recover from a kitty cold and bring down his anxiety. Little Bear loves to snuggle into you and to be pet. His favorite pets are chin scratches and belly rubs. He doesn't like being picked up. He would do best in a home with children who will know not to pick him up. Little Bear will need a home without dogs as he is afraid of them and of loud noises. Homes with other pets would be OK as long as Little Bear gets his own space. He is usually pretty mellow and likes to be home alone and have quiet time. Little Bear loves fleece blankets and cuddling and belly rubs. He is a moderately active cat, and likes to sit on laps. He prefers dry food, has no interest in treats, and only nibbles on wet food. Note: Little Bear is currently enjoying time being fostered at PetSmart, 4142 Commonwealth Ave., Eau Claire, WI.
