Meet HOPE
MEET HOPE:
Hope is a 16 week old double Merle Australian Shepherd. She is a special needs dog that is both blind and deaf. That does not seem to affect her one bit!! She loves to play!! Hope’s ideal home would include another dog or two. She loves water and plays regularly in our baby pool. She is very affectionate and loves to be held, get belly rubs and give kisses. She is currently working on house training and does very well with the addition of puppy pads.
She is incredibly lovable, independent and a joy to be around. When she does tire, she loves to fall asleep on an A/C vent or in front of a fan. Her new family will need to be patient with her as she learns her new environment and be willing to research her needs and train her accordingly. Hope’s curious nature will require a fenced in yard, discipline and attention from her family when not on a leash.
She is such a smart puppy, crate trained, house trained, has some vision and can navigate stairs and new surrounding with ease. She has learned come, sit, no and good girl touch commands.
If you’re interested in adding Hope to your furever family, please fill out an adoption application on our website, www.speakfortheunspoken.com. The adoption donation is $250.00.
