Bruno American Staffordshire Terrier Eau Claire, WI

Greetings, my name is Bruno. I am a 1-and-1/2 year old neutered male American Staffordshire Terrier mix, and one of the most stately and handsome dogs in the building, if I do say so myself. Did you notice my unique coat? My white chest has ticking, which is flecks of color throughout. Perhaps I am part Australian Cattle Dog or maybe English Setter? Whatever the reason, I love them because it makes me feel special. I am super sweet, and I love attention, but I must admit that I do need help with being more polite on leash. I suggest practice, practice, and more practice!!! When I see someone heading my way with a leash in hand I get really excited, and that excitement can cause me to pull at first almost to the point of heavy breathing. Don't worry, I settle down quickly once I know that we are on our way for some fun in the sun. I think that the only command I know so far is sit, but I would love to learn more. I hope to find an active household that will keep me well exercised, and will teach me everything I need to know in order to be a well mannered companion. I am outgoing, smart, and very confident. Before I will be allowed to go home with you, I will need to be neutered. Also, before you adopt me, please check with your landlord and renter's insurance company or your homeowner's insurance company to make sure that they do not discriminate against my breed.
