FOSTER PUPDATE!!!

This pup is both a cuddler and an independent thinker. She lost track of her sister, the four other dogs, and me when we were walking out in a field, and when I checked back at the house, there she was. She had gone back up the driveway, through the gate, in the dog door, and was waiting by her crate for us to get back. She is stoic and patient when it comes to having her ears cleaned, a bath, or her nails trimmed. She's not so brave about being lonely though, and would do best with a friendly canine companion for when her people aren't around. After playing hard all day, she happily goes in her crate every night with her bedtime cookie and stays there quietly until morning.







Apache and her sister Ghost have arrived and are being fostered in Crozet, Virginia!! These two are super sweet, rough-and-tumble American Bulldog girls. They are spayed, crate-trained, and learning sign-language commands.

One of two deaf American Bulldog babies arriving at GDU this Sunday, is Apache!! This little one is a bit on the shy side, at first, but she warms up quickly. If you pick her up and show her a little love though, she will be fast to shower you with puppy kisses. At a mere 11 weeks old, Apache already has big girl ideas about shoes. Yep, she LOVES shoes!!
