Zira Domestic Short Hair Eau Claire, WI

Zira is a 1 year old spayed female that was surrendered to the shelter on 6/09/16, as her previous owner was moving and couldn't take her with. Zira has a bright grey tabby coat and honey colored eyes to match her sweet personality. She loves to cuddle and has an instant purr that keeps going, and going, and going. She also offers kisses and starts kneading with her paws at the thought of receiving attention, which looks as if she is marching in one place. A kneady cat is a happy cat, but a Zira in her forever home would be even better. She tolerates being in your arms, but doesn't like to be held and will jump down as soon as you let her. Zira simply prefers to have her head, ears, and chin scratched while being beside you. She loves greeting people when they come home, and meows when she wants attention. Zira is a playful, confident girl that will do well in most households. She loves to have people come up to her to say hello, and enjoys having a good time. She thinks that it is fun to pounce on your feet and then run away. She also enjoys laser light toys, string, and climbing on and around cat trees. She is good with dogs, other cats, and strangers. What a great feline!
