Billy American Staffordshire Terrier Eau Claire, WI

Hi, my name is Billy and I am 1-and-1/2 years old. I am a male American Staffordshire Terrier mix that was brought to the shelter as a stray. Being a shelter resident is much better than being on my own; I have shelter, food, water, and humans that all love me. However, you definitely will notice that I am a much happier guy when I am outside and away from all of the other barking dogs that are inside the building. When they all start barking, it makes me feel like I am suppose to chime in as well before I even know what they are barking about. To be honest with you, I think that I am afraid of some of them. Being a shelter resident is stressful for me, so I sure hope a forever home will be found soon. When I am outside where my true personality can shine I am much more calm, and a super loving dog. I give kisses and want nothing more than to be close to you. I am sweet and I love to cuddle. I know sit, and this adorable face is sure to make you smile every day. Please stop over to meet me because I sure am anxious to meet you! Before you adopt me, please check with your landlord and renter's insurance company or your homeowner's insurance company to make sure that they do not discriminate against my breed. I would also like to mention that I will need to be neutered before being allowed to go home with you. NOTE: Please ask to visit with me as I am currently enjoying time on a more quiet part of the building.
