Chester ( lap cat ) Domestic Short Hair Eau Claire, WI

Chester is a 2-and-1/2-year-old neutered male that was surrendered to the shelter on 5/08/16 because he wasn't getting along with the other cats. Chester does well with dogs, strangers, and children, but will need to be your one and only feline friend. He has a very handsome brown tabby and white coat, complemented by gold/green eyes and a wonderful personality. He is all about being loved, and will stay on your lap until you boot him off. Chester loves to be picked up, and if he hasn't had enough, he will let you know by rubbing against your legs for more when you set him down. Everyone is Chester's best friend! He wants to be with people and will follow you everywhere. He is a mellow fellow that loves butt scratches, and will stretch out full length and roll towards your hand for belly rubs and chin scratching. Chester will thank you for paying attention to him with a quick purr of contentment. He loves to play with balls that have bells or make noise, and enjoys laser light fun. Catnip mice are never safe when Chester is around as he is a mouser extraordinaire! What a wonderful companion and family cat! Note: Chester just had a dental with some extractions, but there are a couple more teeth that are on a watch.
