Meet Jacob
Hi guys, check me out! I'm Jacob, a 1-year old Boston Terrier mix. I weigh in at 25 pounds of cuteness! How about taking me home to be your forever friend? You won't regret it!
Jacob's foster father had this to say about him:
Jacob (also called Jake) is a very sweet dog. He does extremely well on a leash. In the beginning he was timid going up stairs and through doorways, but he has made great strides in a short time. He was in a crate during the day at first, but he didn't enjoy going into it, so I tried leaving him out and he has done very well. No accidents, no separation anxiety, etc. He was around a 6 month old dog for a short while and the younger dogs playfulness and energy did seem to bother him, but he may be fine around adult dogs. He seeks out affection and will hop his front paws on you when you get near him to let you know he would like to be petted. He doesn't bark and makes little noise. He doesn't require a lot of activity, so he would make a fine in door pet. He has unique colors and gets compliments on his eyes. Jake would do well in any environment.
My minimum adoption donation is $245 plus a $10 fee for rabies registration with McLean County Animal Control.
I has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm and fecal checked, dewormed, and am on flea and heartworm preventatives.
