Meet Cookie

Cookie is a delightful 2 year old spayed female that became part of our shelter family on 4/28/16. She is a black beauty with a small patch of white on her chest as if she is warring a shiny white necklace. Her soft coat is as plush as velour, and is accented by her big, round, green/yellow eyes that beg for you to come closer. Cookie tolerates other cats, but can be a little fussy about who her kitty friends are. She seems to want to be the queen bee and may be best suited for a home without other cats. She enjoys spending time on your lap being pampered and having her neck scratched, but is by nature a busy girl with places to go and things to explore. Cookie is confident in your arms and is friendly. She quickly comes to the front of her kennel to greet new people and would love to meet you. Black cats are the most difficult to place, so please ask to meet her when you are at the shelter.
