Griffin Pond Animal Shelter cares for a small number of special needs cats waiting for their forever home. These cats are FIV or FeLV positive, are on special diets, or have a minor deformity. Ask about Kyra, Livinia, or visit Stanley. These extra-special cats are in need of extra-special homes.
Adopt from the shelter rather than going to a pet store or through the newspaper! Cats adopted from the shelter are tested for Feline Aids/Feline Leukemia, have the FVRCP combination vaccine, are spayed/neutered, wormed, flea checked and microchipped. Compare the adoption cost of $50 with the cost of these services at your local veterinarian and you'll see that Adoption IS the Best Option!!
