Meet Dewalt (declawed front paws)

Dewalt is a good-looking, neutered and front paw declawed orange tabby in need of a quiet home. He has been a shelter resident since 4/08/16 and delights all of us with his zest for living life to the fullest, and telling us all about it. If you like talkative cats, you will love Dewalt. He is 15 years old, but you would never know it by looking at him. He has lots of pep in his step and is as inquisitive as ever. He is excellent with the litter box, and his rabies vaccination certificate does not expire until 4/12/17. Like many cats, Dewalt is not fond of spending time in your arms, but loves being petted, and melts into having his neck and ears scratched. He is very friendly and does well with other cats. Senior cats are aged-to-perfection in many ways, and can make great napping buddies, but are some of the hardest to find homes for. Please keep in mind that many cats live into their 20's, and when senior cats are adopted, they seem to understand that they have been rescued, and are all the more thankful for it.
