Meet Butternut
Butternut is a gorgeous young apricot mini poodle here at PRH. He's only about 1-2 years old, weighs about 16 pounds, and is looking for a great forever home. Butternut is social and gets along with people and other dogs - he'll do well in a variety of settings! Our vet needs to remove a tumor before he can go home, but he's worth the wait.
Come by Poodle Rescue of Houston any day to meet this great dog and many others - the best time to visit is between 9-4:00. We're at 13302 Schroeder Rd., off SH 249 just past FM 1960 in NW Houston. No appointment is needed; we'll interview you onsite.
All the dogs are spayed/neutered, current on shots, and parasite / heartworm checked (and treated if positive). All dogs are trained to use a doggie door. Adoption Fees vary.
