Meet Rosie The Beagle

Rosie is a 9 year old, housebroken and spayed beagle. She loves the other dogs and the cat in her foster. This little dog lived her life in hutch outside for those 9 years until the owner gave her and another beagle up to the local shelter. She does have to drops in her eyes twice a day to help her produce tears. At first being inside made her nervous at but she's come to appreciate comfort, warmth, dog beds and toys.
