Meet Phoebe

Phoebe is a year old Dachshund mix who weighs 17 lbs. She is a shy girl at first but once she warms up to you there is no sweeter and loyal dog. She loves to snuggle with her foster mom. Phoebe likes other dogs and cats but it will take her just a little bit to warm up to them. She would do better in a home with no small children because she is a little shy.
