Chance is an adorable recent arrival at PRH. Chance is mostly white with charcoal ears and eyebrows. He is probably a Poodle-Shih Tzu mix. Chance is estimated to be 2-3 years of age, weighing about 15 pounds. This affectionate, friendly dog is social with other dogs and loves people. He's looking for a great forever home.
