Evander American Staffordshire Terrier Mix Eau Claire, WI

Hi There! My name is Evander and I am a energetic American Staffordshire Terrier mix looking for an active home that will provide me with plenty of exercise and attention. I am about 2-and-1/2 years old and a neutered male with a confident and sweet personality. I will need a home without cats or small children as I don't always remember how big and strong I am. Older children over the age of 10 that are used to large dogs would be fine. I have not had formal obedience training, but I do know sit and shake. I am a playful, fun-loving fellow that enjoys being scratched and petted, and I am sure that we will be great friends because I like to cuddle and give doggie-kisses - everyone likes that! I am packed full of energy and loving life! I do pull some on leash, but with a little more training I think that I would be a magnificent running buddy for you! I suggest that we practice, practice, practice because going for long walks is my favorite part of the day. I am very alert to everything that is happening around me and I would love to meet you! Before you adopt me, please check with your landlord and renter's insurance company or your homeowner's insurance company to make sure that they do not discriminate against my breed. My foster mom is proud to announce that I have not had any accidents in the house and that I quickly became her buddy! I love laying on the loveseat and I have been very polite about not sitting by her unless being invited to do so. I also love sitting outside, and I am super awesome about listening if I am told NO about something. How great is that? Please provide me with plenty of rawhides and squeaky toys because I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! When I first arrived at my foster home I barked at all the little outside noises at night, but if you leave a radio on for me I am just fine. My foster mom sure does love me and I am sure you will too!
