Meet Elden ( longest resident )

Elden is a 2 year old neutered male with a sleek black coat and gorgeous yellow/green eyes. He was very leery and frightened when he arrived at the shelter as a stray on 12/08/15, but has come a long way, and now leans into your hand begging for attention with feelings that are so sincere and pure. This handsome fellow seems to know that black cats are the most difficult to find homes for, and he really misses having a family and home where he can roam from room to room, and know every day that he will be well cared for and loved. He longs for the freedom to sit near a window where he can watch for birds and enjoy the scenery. At the shelter he is a bit suspicious about anything that is new to him, yet he is very appreciative of all the attention that comes his way. He dreams of a family that he can follow from room to room just to be with them. If you have love to share please consider making Elden a loving part of your family.
