Sterlyn Weimaraner Grand Haven, MI

Hello! My name is Sterlyn and I am a BIG, TALL, 8-year-old boy! Surprisingly, for my size, I am very calm, quiet and I rarely bark. I am VERY food driven though and while I do not guard against humans, I likely would with another dog. I am fine with other dogs in general, but I need to be fed separately. I am a very happy, gentle giant with a little arthritis in my left hock from an old injury when I was hit by a car, but it does not slow me down. I am crate trained, but due to my size, I am much happier free roaming. I am a good boy, very clean and I do not chew or soil anything. I am probably better off in a cat-free home, but I have a low prey drive and may be OK once I get to know the cat. I am a very social boy with other dogs, but I like to avoid confrontation whenever possible with the younger Weims. I have a slight seasonal allergy that can be managed with a little Benadryl and I have recently developed diabetes, which is managed with insulin at $25 a month.
