Meet Peter

Peter is a 9 year old chihuahua mix looking for a quiet home. He needs a little time and patience to trust, however when he feels comfortable, he is just wonderful. He loves to cuddle, snuggle and be petted. He loves to go on walks and spend time in his yard. If you give him the space and time he needs to settle in, you will see just how loving he can be. He will be happiest in an adult only quiet household as he is very frightened of unfamiliar people. He gets along well with other dogs but could be an only dog too. He is housebroken and sleeps in his crate all night! This sweet guy needs a chance to have a forever home where he can love and be loved. If you would like to meet him, fill out an online application at bcaaofnj.org

We ask our fosters to fill out a questionnaire and this is what the response was:

He would be happiest with a home without children as he gets anxious around them.
