Meet Frosty
Frosty is a young poodle mix of about 8 pounds, currently being fostered. She didn't thrive in the shelter environment, but is doing great with her foster family. Frosty will do best with a patient adopter in a relatively quiet home, so she can learn to be less fearful, and to trust.
