Description: Tigger and Tony come from the same litter. Both were born of a feral mother in a yard near a kind person who took the last litter in and kept all of them. Unfortunately he was unable to accommodate anymore in his own household, but was kind enough to bring the litter in and socialize them. Mom has been trapped and fixed as well.

Tigger will be a great addition to a lucky, easy going family. He has a shy but affectionate personality. He will not run up to someone for attention, but will kindly wait as you slowly approach him for his frequent petting. He will need a little while to hide at first, prior to bonding to his new people, so a patient home is preferred. He loves to be petted under the chin and will purr loudly as you are stroking him. Tigger likes his daily routine. Every morning he will run for his portion of wet cat food. He will also run to you anytime he hears the bag of cat treats opening. Every morning Tigger loves to sit by the window or open patio door and watch the birds. He enjoys the company of other cats and likes to follow them when playing. Every afternoon Tigger will take his nap to prepare for dinner and more playtime with his friends. He loves to play with catnip toys. Tigger will allow teenagers and adults to pet him, but he appears to gravitate more towards men. He prefers to crawl up onto the lap of a man and will sit there for a long time to relax and receive his petting. Tigger does not like to be picked up, but is very affectionate once he is on your lap. Tigger will not readily crawl up onto the lap of females, but will sleep by a man or woman's legs or feet each night. Tigger is a very shy but sweet cat and will do well in a house with other cats, calm teenagers or adults.

Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, Felv/Fiv tested, receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption
