Meet Nevada

Nevada is a lovely gray tabby who was surrendered to the shelter on February 26th, 2015 when she was 6-months-old. Her previous owner could no longer care for her. This soft furred young female with green-yellow eyes is shy but very sweet; she is cautious at first, but with some encouragement, she will become more confident in her environment. Exploring is her hobby; Nevada finds the best hiding spots and perches to observe from. Nevada is also mild-mannered, with a lot of love to share; she likes neck scratches and having company. She will need a good home with lots of patience to bring out the best in her, but once she knows her way around, she will be a low maintenance cat that can take care of herself. This patient, extra-nice gal would love a home where she can practice being a pet, so a home with a quieter setting would be best. Nevada has a lot of potential and is a great choice for a cat companion!
