Meet Rufio

Rufio was brought to the shelter on July 7th, 2015 as a stray. He is a sweet, neutered 2 year old male with soft orange tabby fur with faint classic tabby swirls and orange eyes. Rufio is a friendly feline who is somewhat talkative and a little on the wary side; he doesn't care for other cats, so he struggles a bit in his environment and tends to be cautious. However, he loves attention and considers people as his friends instantly. Rufio enjoys being held because he feels safe with you. This big, athletic fellow is curious and likes to run around; he can be quite playful when the mood strikes him! Rufio loves to nap and has a soft purr to indicate his contentment. Rufio would be an awesome family pet; please take some time to get to know him on your next visit to the shelter!
