Meet Sammy

Sammy was surrendered to the shelter on July 7th, 2015, as his owner had too many animals. He is a large but lean 2-year-old neutered adult male with brown tabby and white fur and bright green eyes. Sammy is a loving, sweet feline looking for a new home; he has an instant purr, loud and constant, and loves attention. He is a little cautious in new places, but gets more confident and curious with a bit of encouragement. Sammy can be very affectionate, and loves being petted; he enjoys lying nearby in his own space while you shower him with love! He is a wonderfully laid back companion; his love for exploring gives him a small independent streak, but he will always choose attention over alone time. All in all, Sammy is a wonderful cat that is looking for a best friend!
