Hi, my name is Claire, and I am a beautiful 2-and-1/2 year old female Treeing Walker Coonhound. I have a sleek coat which is easy to take care of, and since I am a confident lady, you will find that I walk with an air of distinction, grace, and dignity. If you like to celebrate birthdays, I would like you to know that I was born on January 31st, 2013. I have already been spayed, and I am crate-trained and housebroken. I also know sit, shake, down, kennel up, and I am working on stay. I am very intelligent, so if you have bacon treats or those canine carry out treats I think I could learn just about anything really fast. I love treats and I take them from you very gently. You should know that like many hounds, I do see cats as something to chase. I do well with some dogs, but can be kind of picky about who my dog friends are. I am also looking for a home without small children. I would very much love an active household that could provide me with lots of mental and physical stimulation. I love to play and have lots of happy energy, so I hope you like to throw balls. I will also always be ready to go with you on a long walk with only a moment's notice. When the other dogs here have something to say I don't hesitate to join in on the conversation as I am quite talkative myself. I am a fun loving girl waiting to enjoy life as a member of your household.
