Joonie is SUCH a sweet little girl! She's a Chihuahua...maybe a little something else in there? But she's so nice! We think she's about 2-3 yrs old, and she weighs 8 lbs. Joonie was terrified when she first showed up at the shelter, but she was always willing to trust and see if we were ok. And now she eagerly comes up to us and is ready for cuddles and playtime! You'd never guess it with her calm demeanor, but behind those soulful eyes is an outgoing little explorer! Joonie has discovered the thrill of the car ride, and the adventures that await in the great outdoors! That ranks right up there with lap time for her!! And kids, too! She is excellent with the little ones. Very calm and patient, but she can also be a little playful. Plus she has that look in her eyes that just tugs at your heart strings! Joonie is affectionate, tender, inquisitive and always happy! She's great with other dogs, too, although the big ones sometimes are too active for her. But she's still just happy to find a cozy place and watch the action from afar. Joonie is housetrained, current on shots, microchipped and spayed. The adoption fee for Joonie is $195. The fee to adopt is charged to recoup standard veterinary expenses.
