Meet Ellie
Ellie was rescued when she was found on the side of the road, apparently left there with another beagle. Someone with a kind-heart picked up the dogs and found families for them. The family Ellie had been with for the last several years, could no longer care for her and relinquished her to rescue.
Ellie is estimated to be 8-9 years old, 39 lbs., spayed and house-trained. She is up to date on shots and heartworm preventative. She is in a foster home with other dogs, but she would prefer to be the only dog. Ellie likes to have a lot of attention that she does not have to share with another dog, since she can be on the dominant side. She has her own bed and lots of toys that she enjoys playing with. Ellie loves going for walks and rides nicely in the car.
