Meet Chewy

Chewy became a shelter resident on 5/07/15 as her previous owner had too many cats. She is a lovely 2 year old female brown tabby with pretty green eyes and has been spayed. She knows what a scratching post is to be used for and she is excellent about using the litter box, although she doesn't always cover when she is done. Chewy does well with other cats and loves to play with little balls that have bells in them. She is independent and would love to have a cat tree where she could climb to the top to observe everything that is going on around her, and where she could feel safe. Chewy is shy with strangers, but is very friendly with members of her family. In a home she loves to be petted and enjoys spending time relaxing on your lap. This sweet, but shy girl will do best in a quiet household without young children. She needs an understanding family that will give her all the love she could ever want and will help her to feel relaxed and worry free.
