Nina Terrier Mix Eau Claire, WI

A big HELLO to everyone! My name is Nina, and I am a super friendly female Terrier mix that will do well in most households. I am 2 years old and I do well with other dogs and I received excellent scores on all of my shelter safer tests! I was brought to the shelter as a stray, and since I am such a friendly and wonderful dog everyone has been surprised that my previous owner hasn't arrived to claim me. I have been told that this happens to a lot of dogs, so I am now ready to move on. The perfect forever home for me would be one that is active because I have lots of energy, and since I am great on leash, I would be an amazing jogging partner! Sometimes I get really excited when I see my favorite dog-walkers heading my direction with a leash in hand, and in that excitement I make this funny noise that gets everyone laughing. They all call me a sweetheart, but can tell that I am still very nervous about living at the shelter. Everyone here has been wonderful to me, but I sure miss the comfort of having a real home! I love being with people and doing things with my special humans. I am a sweet and affectionate dog that is also just as happy to be relaxing next to you.
