If you are looking for a VERY loving cat with plenty of charm you have just found her! Phyllis is a 3 year old spayed female who came to the Eau Claire County Humane Association as a stray on 2/23/15. She is a classic torbie, which means she just can't decide what color to be! Phyllis has beautiful short brown fur with patches and swirls of black and gold. Phyllis is a plump and pleasant lady who is VERY friendly and happy! She gets little bursts of zoomie play energy, but she isn't obnoxiously running around! Her endearing ways can't help but give you that warm and purry feeling inside as she reaches out her paw to have you hold it, or the way she makes you smile when you see her flip up her food with her paw so she can eat it. She purrs much and has a little chirp for a voice. Phyllis went to foster care to recover from an upper respiratory infection, but did not do well when returned - the stress of being a shelter resident is just too much for this sweet girl, so she will be staying in foster care, healthy and happy until a home can be found. She does GREAT with the 3 cats and 2 large dogs in her foster home. She is good about using her kitty pan as well as her scratching pad.
