Squirt Domestic Short Hair Eau Claire, WI

Squirt is a 12 year old neutered male that was brought to the shelter on 2/04/15 because his previous owner had passed away. This large feline has a handsome gray tabby coat that highlights his eyes which are a gorgeous shade of gold. He is very affectionate, and if you like cats at all, you can't help but love Squirt. He is cute enough to make your heart smile. Due to the way his ears fold down, he will need an owner that is willing to clean them on a regular basis in order to keep Squirt healthy and happy. His rabies vaccination certificate is current and will not expire until 3/12/16, so he is good-to-go there, and all he needs now is for you to fall in love with him. Can't you just picture him in your home, in complete comfort, sitting near a window, bird and squirrel watching? Squirt loves to relax near you and seems to enjoy being talked to; he is a talkative fellow himself, and is not shy about telling you all about his day as well. Squirt was given a dental on 3/17/15 with only 2 extractions. Senior cats are aged-to-perfection in many ways, and can make great napping buddies, but are some of the hardest to find homes for. Please keep in mind that many cats live into their 20's, and when senior cats are adopted, they seem to understand that they have been rescued, and are all the more thankful for it.
