Have you met Herbie? You must not have because otherwise he'd already be in your home! Herbie is about 2 yrs old and what we call a Chug - that's just fancy talk for Chihuahua/Pug mix! Not that Herbie isn't keen to the good life, but there's nothing too fancy about this boy. He's plain and simple, a sweet, lovable 13 lb dog that just needs an understanding lap to cuddle on! Herbie loves walks, but not too long -seems he has an old shoulder injury from football, er, I mean we don't know how he injured his shoulder...maybe from rescuing a kitten from a fire, or something heroic! But whatever it is, it doesn't bother him in the least, and it adds to his cute prance he does, but he prefers short walks and long snuggles. He's very playful and funny to watch wrestle a squeaky toy! And he's a sensitive soul, and likes a calm home, otherwise, he heads for the covers. Herbie has only one bad habit, to be honest...he can be snappy if he's enjoying lap time and someone wants to take him away from his biggest joy in life. But, no injury, no fowl, just be aware and for that reason, and that reason only, we are not recommending him to a home with small kids. Otherwise, this boy is ideal!

Herbie will be waiting for your call. He's current on shots, microchipped and neutered. The adoption fee for this huggable Herbie is $175.
