A beautiful black tabby with yellow eyes and a graceful appearance, Oriana is a 3-year-old spayed female that was surrendered to the shelter on January 9th, 2015, as her owner could no longer care for her. Calm and quiet, Oriana spends most of her days with her friend Aurora, as she feels comfortable and less lonely with her around. Oriana, although friendly, is reserved and a bit of a wallflower; while she likes attention, she tends to hang back a bit. However, she just loves being petted, as long as you go slow and are gentle. Oriana is the type of feline that would quietly sit by you for hours, just enjoying your company, but she needs someone that is willing to be patient and give her the love she needs to reach her potential. She is a tentative, cautious cat due to her circumstances, but if given the chance to show how loving and sweet she is, her personality will just flourish. Oriana is a wonderful feline that would do well in a quiet home with her pal Aurora; it would be great to see them in a forever home together, but she could also go to a home that has other cats as she needs another feline in order to be brave.
