Sassy Cattle Dog Mix Eau Claire, WI

Hello, my name is Sassy but don't let that fool you because I am really not very sassy at all. As a matter of fact I am a calm and timid 4 year old spayed female. Even though I can be shy when I first meet you, I do fall in love quickly. Once I know you, I will be your best friend for life. Due to my shyness I will need a home without small children. I would be fine with older kids. I love to cuddle and go for long walks around the neighborhood. I am housebroken, and I have been great with most of the other dogs here at the shelter, but like all of the dogs here, before taking me home, I will need to be introduced to any other canine friends that may already be a part of your family. I have not had much in the way of formal obedience training; however, I do know sit and I am quite polite on leash. I am very loving and more than ready to have a home that will cherish me forever. A renter had left me behind when they moved and the landlord was happy to keep me, but now he is in a nursing home and I am a shelter resident. It's time for a new beginning, and I hope you will stop over soon to see if I would be a good fit for your household.
