Toots Domestic Short Hair Columbus, OH

I am hoping very soon that I will hear a rousing chorus of "Toot-Toot-Tootsie Goodbye!" from all the wonderful people at Cat Welfare. I am called Toots and I need a new home. I am a two year old spayed female mostly black cat (I have a little white patch on my chest) and I think I have a funny story. I was a stray cat who found my way along the railroad tracks by Cat Welfare where I found a ready supply of food and shelter left out for us wild cats of the neighborhood. Well, I hung around with those guys for a long time, but I really wasn't a wild feral cat like some of those hobos on the tracks are. One day after a whole summer passed, I saw one of the workers at the shelter put a cagey looking box out with some food in it. Ha ha! They think we don't know a trap when we see one, so after all the other feral cats laughed and left, I said to myself, "Here's my chance", and I went right into that trap because I knew it meant I would finally get to go inside the shelter. And that's how I got to be a Cat Welfare cat. I am a nice girl, definitely not a feral type, and I think living in a home with a family of my own is the next thing for me. Come and see me.
