Howdy! I'm Jethrow (aka Jett) and I am a 2 year old full-blood GSD. I love to rough-house with dogs my size and chew on bones and squeaky toys. I often steal my foster sister’s "squeakies" from her until she gets mad and lets me have it verbally. Foster mom says that I am more intelligent than most people she meets and that I should probably go to a family that has kids older than 8 and who have experience with big dogs. I need a family who is consistent and firm with me as I am apt to try to run the house if I feel that no one is the boss---true GSD mentality. I love to learn. I train with my professional trainer and foster mom all the time--and I get hotdog pieces when I do what they tell me! I LOVE treats!! I am a GSD through and through---Loyal, loving, full of energy and extremely intelligent. I am a bit nervous around new people but after a few minutes or so, I warm up easily--especially if you have treats for me! Did I mention that I love to snuggle at night? Foster mom says that she is looking for the perfect family for me so that they can experience the love, laughter and loyalty that I give her every minute of every day.
