Arrival story: Bindi's loving human passed away so Waggin' Tails promised to find her a new loving family.

Personality: Bindi is a sweet and uncomplicated older gal! She loves to go for walks and be with people. She is affectionate, but not clingy. You will not be able to resist her charm when she cocks one ear up and lovingly looks into your eyes. Bindi may be 8 years old but she is a healthy, short and stout dog at 38lbs that is learning not to pull on the lead.

Bindi is house-trained, good in a crate, has great house manners, rides nicely in a car and is good at the vet's office. Bindi previously lived as an only dog. She attends doggy daycare but only on days without a lot of dogs in attendance as she plays too rough when she gets overly excited by a lot of action, She can also be somewhat selective about her doggie pals. Sorry, Bindi doesn't like kitties.

Forever home: Bindi would do best as an only dog or in a home with a calm and tolerant dog. She'd enjoy a person/family who will indulge her with some walks for sniffs and then settle down for a quick cuddle followed by a snooze afterwards. Bindi is very friendly, but we don't know if she's ever lived with children. Older children would be best, as she probably wouldn't enjoy rough and tumble play with younger kids.
