Meet Peaches

Peaches is a loving girl despite having been callously abandoned in the treacherous Everglades and never knowing the love that most puppies know. She’s an adorable and unique seven-month-old petite cattle dog mix. She’s blue merle with bilateral black half masks and ears. She’s initially aloof and timid. Within minutes, if you are patient, she’ll give you her heart. She’s crate-trained, learning house manners and will be attending obedience school. She enjoys other dogs, but can become bossy around them. Children are overwhelming for Peaches so she prefers an ADULT ONLY home. As herding dogs do, she will “herd” whatever is handy. We prefer someone experienced with herding dogs so they can appropriately redirect her natural instincts, while building her confidence. With some patience and knowledgeable guidance, Peaches will be the pick of the crop for your active lifestyle. A more devoted soul you will not find.

ARNNE dogs are altered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and on Heartworm and Flea Prevention. Hours by appointment only. Prospective adopters will be screened meticulously, including a home and background check. For more information, please fill out an adoption request form at www.arnne.org (click on ADOPTION FORM highlighted at the top). Email us at info@arnne.org or call the shelter’s message line at 603-233-4801. Meet some of our adoptable pets at Monthly Pet Adoption Day on January 24! Visit www.arnne.org (select Pet Adoption Day).

ARNNE supports the rescue/critical care/boarding expenses of local town/city animal control officers that otherwise only have authorization to vaccinate or euthanize. Every life is precious but it takes funds to save lives.

Adoption fees rarely cover the expenses of rescuing, boarding and providing exemplary medical care to the animals in our program. All animals have had a thorough exam, are treated for any parasites or infections, spay/neutered, current on vaccines and micro-chipped.

For more information, please fill out an adoption request form at www.arnne.org. Email or call the shelter at 603-233-4801 and a volunteer will return your call.

See our adoptable pets at our Pet Adoption Day. Visit www.arnne.org and select Pet Adoption Day.
