Meet Carlos

Carlos was found as a stray, running with his friend Sunrise. Sunrise was reclaimed by her owner, but he said he didn't have Carlos long enough to even bond with him, so asked us to try to find him a home. He's roughly 1 year old, doesn't seem to mind other dogs, is energetic and is quick to learn commands.

UPDATE SINCE CARLOS WAS FIRST POSTED:
For the last two months, Carlos has really come into his own. We have taught him some ways to deal with his shelter stress, and it is working well. Carlos also is a fantastic fetch partner; he loves to have a good session in the play yard with a couple of tennis balls. His walking skills have improved greatly, and he sits nicely to be leashed up for his time outside. Carlos has proved to be a diamond in the rough...now that he is so polished, is he the right dog to help make your house a home?
