Meet Dutch

Dutch is a 1 and 1/2 year old neutered male who was brought to the shelter on July 27th, 2014. He is a handsome gray tabby with pale orange eyes. Dutch is shy at first, but becomes friendly quickly with an introduction. He is a large, athletic fellow that, while calm and well-mannered, is tentative in new environments, and may prefer places to hide; however, he has a lot of potential to be a great cat in the right home. If you are patient and let him come to you, you will find that he is very affectionate and is a sucker for head and neck scratches. He is very curious, and once he feels comfortable, he will spend a great deal of time exploring. Dutch enjoys company and is really sweet; he wants to have a home where he feels safe! This lovely feline has a wonderful personality and will be a great addition to any home!
