Meet Blackie (declawed)

Blackie was brought to the shelter on April 24th, 2014, as someone in her household had allergies. She is a spayed and declawed 4 and 1/2 year old female with black and has soft yellow eyes. Blackie is a charming feline who enjoys attention, but is a little cautious right now; she is not quite used to her surroundings and too much going on makes her nervous. However, with some time and patience, she will become more confident and active once she is comfortable. Blackie is the curious type and really wants to explore and get to know everything around her! This talkative feline has big eyes that are always alert and too cute! She is very calm and well mannered, but has an independent streak and can keep herself busy. Most of all, she would really love to have a home again where she feels safe and loved! If you are looking for a first pet, Blackie is a perfect choice for a lifelong friend!
