Luna - PUPPY Australian Shepherd & Labrador Retriever Mix Northville, MI

Arrival story: Mama Sadie arrived in our rescue as a stray found in Detroit, pregnant. A photo of Sadie is included on this profile. Mama is a super snuggly 1.5 year old Aussie mix (best guess) who is 25lbs. Daddy is unknown but may have been a Labrador.

Approximate age / weight: Born June 12, 2014. A little over 3 months old as of 9-23-2014 / 15lbs.

Personality:
Little Luna is a sweetheart and truth be told she is a foster parent favorite. She is independent and likely to be found doin' her own thing.

Forever home: Puppies are cute and snuggly but please remember that they require a lot of attention and require kindness in teaching them all the things they need to know to become awesome adult companions. We request that all puppy adopters attend puppy training class to solidify a bond between pup and family.

Waggin' Tails Adoption Information: Waggin' Tails Dog Rescue has a standard adoption fee of $225 for adult dogs. Different adoption fees apply for older dogs, small breeds and puppies - $125 for senior dogs, $275 for small breed dogs and $250 for puppies, plus a $50 deposit which is returned upon proof of spay/neuter at six months of age. Our adoption process includes an application, vet reference checks, and a home visit.
We do not have a facility; all of our dogs are fostered in private homes. To view our dogs, please check www.waggintailsdogrescue.org for the dates of our next adoption events. To meet a dog in person, please see our event calendar for the latest information. Arrangements can be made to meet our rescue dogs outside of Saturday adoption events after an approved application is submitted (the application does not imply an obligation by the applicant or by the rescue group).
